HELLO!

Hello nice to see you, welcome to Move With Greta!

My name is Greta and I am a Pilates, Barre and Fitness instructor of almost 10 years (yikes, time flies!)

What do I do? Well my journey through the fitness industry has taken me from teaching group classes of many genres, to teaching Pilates in both group and private settings.

Over the years I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. From those with injuries and special considerations, to dancers and sportspeople. Everyone's bodies have a history that is individual and have different needs; I am here to work with you and what your body needs to achieve your goals.

My training style uses equipment such as Pilates reformers, matwork, barre work, TRX and other small equipment.
