The most effective way to see progression and results is from private coaching. Everyones' goals and needs are different, and your time in the studio is completely dedicated to you and how you are feeling each session.

I am currently offering 1-1 sessions from the beautiful Nubodi Pilates in Henley, from Core Connexion in Wokingham, as well as home visits depending on your location.​
